Crediting steps
Code, deposit, slot, wager
Removes the usual doubt about where a code goes and why spins fail to show.
Pick one route
Pick one route and read its conditions first: code, minimum deposit, slot and days. Some codes fit a first deposit, others a later one, so stay with the offer you opened.
Before the payment, not after
Type the code in the bonus field before you confirm the payment. Skip that box and the spins never attach; support can add them only while the deposit is still fresh.
When your card is excluded
Fund at least C$19 for the welcome code 145ICE, and pay by Interac, Visa or another listed method. Skrill and Neteller deposits forfeit the spins on that offer.
Fixed stake per spin
Launch the exact slot the offer names, such as Rise of Olympus, from your account, not from the general lobby. Spins sit inside that game only and run at a fixed C$0.10 each.
Midweek and weekend spins follow the same pattern here: each day names one slot and one stake.

Cash in hand
Turn your spin winnings into cash
Whizzspin Casino treats spin wins as bonus money and applies the same wagering logic to every route.
Are my spin wins cash?
Spins on Rise of Olympus and Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS credit their wins as bonus money, not withdrawable cash, so the winnings sit in the bonus balance until you clear the playthrough.
The thirty-seven day window
Wagering on the code 145ICE winnings has to be finished within 37 days, and the countdown starts when the bonus lands rather than when you first open the slot.
Is there a bet cap?
While clearing the playthrough, keep each round at C$10 or below; a single larger bet can void the remaining bonus and the wins tied to it.
Multiply the bonus by 32
Whizzspin Casino multiplies the bonus by 32 before anything leaves the bonus balance, so a C$5.66 expected win from 59 spins has a turnover near C$181.12.

What you walk away with
Free spins questions, settled
This casino answers the way it states terms: short, numbered and without fine-print games.
trustDo I need to wager the winnings before I withdraw?+
Winnings sit as bonus money until the wagering attached to the spins is met. Once that is done, the balance moves to cash and can be withdrawn after the usual identity check, which takes around eight hours here.
trustCan I play my spins on a phone or in the app?+
Yes. Every spin plays on the named slot at its fixed value, and that slot loads in the mobile browser as well as in the app. No download is required, and progress on the wagering is the same on either.
trustHow long do I have before my spins expire?+
Each offer carries its own window, and the shortest here runs three days from the day it is credited, while welcome spins of the first step hold for fourteen days. Loading new offers does not extend an expired one.
trustWhen does a player reach the biggest spin drop?+
Three hundred spins is the ceiling, reached through the top VIP level, which credits that many each month with no wagering attached. Nothing above that number is offered at any tier.
trustCan I get spins with no wagering conditions at all?+
No wagering-free spins of the standard kind appear in the current line-up. Each offer applies a playthrough to the bonus or to the winnings before anything leaves the account, though the VIP monthly drop carries none.
trustWhen did Whizzspin Casino get its Ontario license?+
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario regulates play here, alongside iGaming Ontario, under license 91441001. That pairing means the terms of each spin offer are held to a published standard.
trustWhy do I get spins for bringing a friend in?+
Because a friend who registers and deposits at least C$50 earns you 75 spins on Candy Bars, up to ten friends. Those spins carry a 40x wagering on winnings and expire three days after they land.
Cash equivalent
Whizzspin Casino spins, priced in dollars
Each row multiplies spins by spin value, applies the slot's RTP to get an expected win, then multiplies that win by the wagering. Figures are estimates.
Without deposit
50 × C$0.10 = C$5.00 → about C$4.80 (RTP 96%, average value) → C$4.80 × 35x = C$168.00 · cap C$75
Starter set · Deposit 1
59 × C$0.10 = C$5.90 → about C$5.66 (RTP 96%, average value) → C$5.66 × 32x = C$181.12
Weekday spins · Thursday
20 × C$0.20 = C$4.00 → about C$3.84 (RTP 96%, average value) → C$3.84 × 40x = C$153.60
Tier spins C$200
200 × C$0.20 = C$40.00 → about C$38.40 (RTP 96%, average value) → C$38.40 × 30x = C$1152.00
Find the spins that did not appear
Whizzspin Casino deposit tiers. A deposit under the tier of an offer leaves the spins unissued, so check the minimum for that step and top up before the offer closes.
A confirmed number unlocks them. For spins without deposit, the phone number tied to the profile has to be confirmed; finish that step and the spins are added automatically.
Only the offer slot. Open the slot named in the offer, because the spins load inside Rise of Olympus or Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS and never in other games.
Is this code for Canada?. Some promotions are limited to particular markets, so a Canadian profile may not match a code built for another region.
Claim them in the bonus area. Whizzspin Casino keeps unclaimed spins in the bonus area of the account, so claim them there before the window closes and they lapse.
Level missed this month. Monthly tier spins depend on reaching your level within the month, and a level missed in that period means no credit until the next one.
Can support trace them?. If each check above comes back clean, message the support team with the offer name and the time you expected the spins, and they can trace the credit.
Landing a batch of spins commits you to nothing beyond the terms on the offer. Deposits, further play and another bonus are all optional, and the account tools below can be set at any hour, with ConnexOntario, the Responsible Gambling Council and the Problem Gambling Institute of Ontario on hand if play stops feeling like a choice.
Deposit limits. Caps how much you can put into the account over a chosen period, so a losing streak cannot grow past a figure you set in calm.
Loss limits. Freezes play once a set loss figure or session length is reached, closing the session before it runs on past your plan.
Cooling-off periods. Pauses the account for a stretch of your choosing, keeping spins and bonuses waiting while you step back from the screen.
